As per their claim they are  100% legal company  But , recently a news report came on surface where Ashraf Mufareh and his company ONPASSIVE have been charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for running a fraudulent and unregistered investment scheme. They allegedly raised over $108 million from more than 800,000 investors worldwide, including in the US, since 2018. The defendants claimed to be developing AI-based computer applications and sold positions in a multi-level marketing setup for $97, promising passive income from subscription fees. However, as of June 2023, no applications were launched, and commissions were not paid. The SEC alleges ONPASSIVE’s program is a pyramid scheme. The defendants also misled investors about profits, launch dates, and legality, and created fake websites to counter negative reviews. The SEC is seeking legal action, including penalties, against the defendants. The Office of Investor Education and Advocacy has issued an alert to caution investors about such schemes.
